Q: Do I have to create an account to make a purchase?
No, you don't have to create an account. But if you do, you can store your billing address, multiple shipping addresses, join our mailing list, check your order status and create a wish list that you can share with friends!
Q: How long will it take to ship my purchase?
A: Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. In addition, please allow 3-5 business days for your order to arrive (depending upon shipping method chosen). You can find the full shipping policy here.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: Cosmetics and lashes can be returned if unopened, unused, and original packaging. You have 15 days from the day you receive your purchase to return an item. See the full policy here.
Q: An item I want is out of stock. Will the item come back in stock?
A: We try our best to keep your faves in stock. We are constantly updating our inventory but sometimes we are unable to restock certain items. Please contact us if there is a item you would like to purchase but is currently out of stock.
Q: My order is incorrect or has missing items. What should I do?
A: Please contact us immediately here. You will then receive further instructions to ensure you receive a new or correct item.
Q: Do you ship outside of the U.S.?
A: We currently only ship to the U.S. Please join our mailing list to learn when we will start to ship outside of the U.S.
